• Payment-related identifiers from payment providers (for example, Stripe checkout session ID or customer ID, and Microsoft Store transaction details) plus checkout email where provided to us.
• Account data you provide when registering on the website, including email address and password hash.
• Advertising measurement data, such as conversion event identifiers, purchase value and product details, browser advertising references where available, and a one-way hash of checkout email used for conversion matching.

3. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not track your viewing activity, channel choices, or playback history.
• We do not collect your full payment card number or CVC. Card payment details are handled directly by Stripe or Microsoft, depending on purchase channel.
• We do not sell your personal data.

4. Payments Processed by Stripe and Microsoft Store

When you purchase through our website, checkout is handled by Stripe. In the Microsoft Store app, users may be able to choose either Microsoft Store billing or Stripe checkout within the app.

We receive limited payment and transaction metadata from the relevant platform so we can activate, verify, and support your license.

5. How We Use Information

• To create and activate licenses and to verify license status in the app.

6. Third-Party Content

IPTV Player Zero does not provide IPTV content or playlists. You are responsible for ensuring your IPTV subscription or playlist is legal in your country. Content delivered via M3U or Xtream Codes comes directly from your selected provider, whose privacy practices are outside our control.

7. Data Security

Credentials used for your IPTV providers are stored locally on your device using secure mechanisms. We do not have access to your playlists, provider usernames, or provider passwords.

Payment information is processed by Stripe or Microsoft, depending on your selected checkout method. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the data we store.

8. Data Sharing

We share data only where needed to operate and measure the service, such as using Stripe or Microsoft payment systems for purchases, trusted infrastructure providers to host the website and backend systems, and OpenAI Ads for advertising measurement. OpenAI Ads receives conversion event data and may receive a one-way hash of checkout email for conversion matching; we do not send raw checkout email through the Conversions API.

9. Data Retention

We retain license, account, payment, and advertising measurement metadata for as long as needed to provide and measure the service, support customers, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data we process. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
